This is an enemy absorption attack with a gold-purple color scheme. It uses multiple flipbook textures and a few meshes.
The shockwave effect on the ground, the wings and of course the spheres are made with meshes. The wings use a special shader which can transition materials into golden flames in realtime. (Parameters can be edited ofcourse)
The models and animations were made by a colleague. (All besides the spheres)
